This weekend we got to spend the whole weekend at home :) It was a nice change of pace. Friday night we stopped by the football banquet but then came home and relaxed. Saturday I decorated for Christmas. Today on our way home from church we saw some Christmas tree stands with trees for sale already. I showed great restraint and we didn't stop at any of them. There were some beauties out though. We are not putting up a real tree this year since we will be in Maryland for Christmas. We are excited to celebrate JJ's first Thanksgiving this Thursday, in order to prepare, JJ tasted some of the turkey from my turkey sandwich this afternoon. He always makes the funniest face when he tries things for the first time. Like he is saying "I am really not sure about this Mom" But he always goes back for more and eats it, the only thing he has not liked has been broccoli. His second bottom tooth is starting to break through his gums. He was pretty fussy yesterday and today. But teething tablets, Tylenol and attention from mommy, daddy and the puppies seems to help. He gets so excited when the puppies come near him. Dakota really doesn't want anything to do with Jack, Pudgy is very curious and if approached correctly he will let Jack pet him. Nala has to be in a good mood and she will let Jack pet her as well. He also likes Mango Italian ice to help sooth his gums.
